Customer Management Attachments Tab

Accounting > Accounts Receivable > Customer Management > General

Documents can be attached to this page as a reference.

  1. Description - search by the attachment description

  2. Customer Attachment Tag - filter by Customer Attachment Tag

  3. Reset - click to reset search parameters

  4. Add New Attachment - click to add a new attachment

    1. Description - enter a description

    2. Tags - select Customer Attachment Tag(s)

    3. Expires - check to indicate that the attachment will expire

    4. Choose File - click to select a file from the user's device

    5. MM/DD/YYYY - select the expiration date of the file if Expires is selected

    6. Cancel - click to return to the previous screen without saving

    7. Upload - click to add the attachment

  5. Description - click to sort by description

  6. Tags - notice Customer Attachment Tags

  7. Size - click to sort by attachment size

  8. Date - click to sort by the created date and time

  9. Download - click to download a copy of the attachment

  10. Pencil - click to edit the attachment details

    1. Description - edit the description

    2. Tags - select Item Attachment Tags

    3. Expires - check to indicate that the attachment will expire and select the expiration date

    4. Delete - click to remove the attachment

    5. Cancel - click to return to the previous screen without saving

    6. Upload - click to add the attachment

  11. < > - click to scroll through pages

  12. Close - click to return to Customer Management
