Item Attributes

Configuration > Items > Item Attributes

Item Attributes are used to classify attributes of Published Online items that will not result in a different price. Fee-related attributes can be managed under Fee Attributes.

1. Search - search by name

2. Include Inactive - check to include inactivated attributes

3. Reset - click to reset search parameters

4. Add New Item Attribute - click to add a new attribute
   

   1. Name - enter attribute name

   2. Type - select attribute type

      Text Box - the person purchasing the item can type their answer to the question

      Dropdown - the person purchasing the item one choice from a dropdown menu. Enter Answer Choices (One per Line)* that should appear in the dropdown menu

      Checkbox - the person purchasing the item can check a box next to this attribute

   3. Sort Order - change sort order if needed

   4. Required - check to require attribute selection to purchase the item

   5. Cancel - click to return to the previous screen without saving changes

   6. Save - click to save changes

5. Name - click to sort by name

6. Type - click to sort by type

7. Active - click to sort by active status

8. Pencil - click to edit an existing attribute
   

   1. Name - notice attribute name

   2. Type - notice attribute type

      Text Box - the person purchasing the item can type their answer to the question

      Dropdown - the person purchasing the item one choice from a dropdown menu.

      Checkbox - the person purchasing the item can check a box next to this attribute

   3. Answer Choices (One per Line)* (dropdown type only) - edit answer choices that should appear in the dropdown menu

   4. Sort Order - change sort order if needed

   5. Required - check to require attribute selection to purchase the item

   6. Active - toggle active status

   7. Cancel - click to return to the previous screen without saving changes

   8. Save - click to save changes
