Staff Types

Configuration > Staff > Staff Types

This page is used to configure Staff Types for Assignments and required hours for the Professional Standards Report.

  1. Search - search by name

  2. Include Inactive - check to include inactive types

  3. Reset - click to reset search parameters

  4. Add New Staff Type - click to add a new type

    1. Name - enter name of staff type

    2. Job Description (optional) - enter job description

    3. Number of Professional Development Hours Required - enter the number of hours required for compliance with the USDA Professional Standards Rule

    4. Sort Order - change sort order if needed

      Sync to Member Districts (not pictured, enterprise only) - check to sync staff types to member districts

    5. Cancel - click to return to the previous screen without saving changes

    6. Save - click to save changes

  5. Name - click to sort by name

  6. Job Description - click to sort by job description

  7. Number of Professional Development Hours Required - click to sort by hours

  8. Active - click to sort by active status

  9. Pencil - click to edit details

  10. < > - click to scroll through pages
