Direct Certification Match Data Import Template

The Direct Certification Match Data Import Template creates direct certification meal applications.

This template uses an algorithm to choose matching students based on the combination of imported fields. Additional fields are used to complete the imported Direct Certification application.

IMPORTANT: The DC Match template requires a minimum of THREE (3) separate match fields to run successfully (ex. First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth).

Each district may provide different data, therefore the template will need to be configured based on the file provided by the district. Most commonly used fields are Student First Name, Student Last Name & Date of Birth. A required field to attach the Direct Cert status to the student would be one of the following State ID, Student ID, Student First Name or Last Name (there has to be an Entity Model listed that acknowledges the student), a minimum of 1 is required.
