Person Photo Data Import Template

Configuration > Utilities > Data Import Templates

The Person Photo Data Import Template is used to import staff and student photos.

If the Zip File of Photos option is selected, no columns are necessary. The zipped photos should each be named as the person identifier, and no other options are needed for the photo import. Otherwise, the following fields can be added to the Person Photo Data Import Template:

Entity Model
Identifier Note: Student Identifiers and Staff Identifiers are acceptable
Ignore
Photo (Base64)
Photo (Binary)
