Fee Management - General Tab

Fees > Fee Management > (select fee) > General

The fields on this tab represent basic fee information.

  1. Identifier: Update the identifier if needed.

  2. Name: Update the name of the fee if needed.

  3. School Year: Select the school year.

  4. Active: Check if this is an active fee.

    Note: A message will appear indicating a future start date if applicable].

  5. Required: Check if this is a required fee.

  6. (Optional) Description: Enter a description.

  7. Category: Select the fee category.

  8. (Optional) Tags: Select any tags.

  9. (Optional) Fee Attributes: Select the fee attributes.

  10. Fee Visibility: Select who should see the fee in LINQ Connect.

  11. Building: Select the building.

  12. Bank Account: Select the bank account.

  13. (Optional) Fee Chart of Accounts: Select the fee chart of accounts.

  14. Save: Click this button to save changes.
