Add New Bulk Transaction

Bulk transactions are used to record a count of transaction types without entering the transaction by person. Bulk transaction layouts must be configured in advance.

Point of Service > Sales

Click Add New Bulk Transaction

  1. Select the effective Date of the transaction.

  2. Select the Cafeteria where the items were served.

  3. Select the Administrative Sale Layout. Once the layout is selected the items will appear below.

  4. Enter a Comment for documentation.

  5. Notice the Serving Session.

  6. Notice the Student status.
    Note: checked = student, unchecked = non-student.

  7. Notice the Earned status.
    Note: checked = earned, unchecked = not earned

  8. Notice the Eligibility for student line items.

  9. Notice the Payment Method that will be recorded.

  10. Notice the sales Item name.

  11. Enter the Quantity sold.

  12. Notice the Price per item. Edit as needed if allowed.

  13. Click Cancel to delete the bulk transaction and return to the sales screen.

  14. Click Save to post the bulk transaction and return to the sales screen.
