Profit and Loss Report

  1. Name - enter a report name
    Default: Profit and Loss

  2. Output - select output format (Html, Pdf (default))

  3. Template - select a report template

  4. Reset - click to reset to default options

  5. Building - filter by building(s)

  6. Date Range - filter by date range; if no date range is selected, the current month is used

  7. Fiscal Year - filter by fiscal year

  8. Include Sub-Ledger - check to sub-ledger

  9. Include District Overview (default) - check to include district overview

  10. Include Building Breakdown (default) - check to include a building breakdown

  11. Paper Format - choose a paper format (CR80, Legal (default), Letter)

  12. Orientation - choose orientation (Landscape (default), Portrait)

  13. Include Header - check to include report header

  14. Include Footer - check to include report footer

  15. Include Filter - check to include selected filters

  16. Save as Template - click to save the selected filters and columns as a template

    1. Name - enter a template name

    2. Public - check to make the template available to other users

    3. Security Roles - select the security roles that can access a Public template

    4. Cancel - click to return to the previous screen without saving the template

    5. Save - click to save the template

  17. Reset - click to reset to defaults

  18. Request Report - click to request report
    Note: Report will appear in the bell icon when complete

  1. Header - notice the District Logo, Report Title, Building Name, and District Name.

  2. Profit & Loss - this section is repeated based on report display choices

    1. Row Headers - notice the account categories, account names, account numbers, total revenue, total cost of goods sold, gross profit (gross profit = total revenue + total cost of goods sold), total expenses, total operating income (total operating income = gross profit - operating expenses), total other income, total other expenses, and net profit (net profit = total operating income + total other income - total other expenses)

    2. Column Headers - notice the column headers for each month including the total operating days, the total, the previous year total, and the difference (Difference = Total - Previous Year)

  3. Filters - notice the name(s) and value(s) of selected filters

  4. Footer - notice the date and time the report was requested, pages, and TITAN logo
