The Physical Count Result report is used to see the changes and results of a physical count.

  1. Name - enter a report name
    Default: Physical Count Result

  2. Output - select output format (Html, Pdf (default))

  3. Template - select a report template

  4. Reset - click to reset to default options

  5. Warehouses - select warehouse(s). Note: If no warehouse is selected, all warehouses are included. There will be a page break between each.

  6. Date Range - select date range of counts

  7. Paper Format - choose a paper format (CR80, Legal, Letter (default))

  8. Orientation - choose orientation (Landscape, Portrait (default))

  9. Include Header - check to include report header

  10. Include Footer - check to include report footer

  11. Include Filter - check to include selected filters

  12. Save as Template - click to save the selected filters and columns as a template

    1. Name - enter a template name

    2. Public - check to make the template available to other users

    3. Security Roles - select the security roles that can access a Public template

    4. Cancel - click to return to the previous screen without saving the template

    5. Save - click to save the template

  13. Reset - click to reset to defaults

  14. Request Report - click to request report
    Note: Report will appear in the bell icon when complete

  1. Header - notice the District Logo, District Name, and Report Title.

  2. Notice the Type, Number, Warehouse, Storage Location, Date, Time, and User

  3. Identifier - item identifier

  4. Name - item name, description, and base units of measure per preferred unit of measure

  5. Adjustment - notice the Quantity and Cost adjusted. Notice the sum of costs.

  6. On-Hand - notice the final on hand Quantity and Cost. Notice the sum of costs.

  7. Filters - notice the name(s) and value(s) of selected filters

  8. Footer - notice the date and time the report was requested, pages, and TITAN logo
