  1. Name - enter a report name Default: GA Non-Reimbursable DE012

  2. Output - select output format (Html, Pdf (default)) Template (not pictured) - select a report template

  3. Reset - click to reset to default options

  4. Building - select buildings

  5. Date Range - select date range

  6. Save as Template - click to save the selected filters and columns as a template

    1. Name - enter a template name

    2. Public - check to make the template available to other users

    3. Security Roles - select the security roles that can access a Public template

    4. Cancel - click to return to the previous screen without saving the template

    5. Save - click to save the template

  7. Reset - click to reset to defaults

  8. Request Report - click to request report
    Note: Report will appear in the bell icon when complete

  1. Header - notice the report title, school, and date.

  2. Item - notice the item name based on the production recordPosting Production Records.htm

  3. Quantity Used - notice the total production quantity

  4. Food Cost/Unit - notice the cost per serving size unit of measure

  5. Total Food Cost = Quantity Used x Food Cost/Unit

  6. Signature - notice the space for the manager's signature and position

  7. Footer - notice the report title and Georgia form revision date
