Payment on Account

Reports > Person > Payment on Account

The Payment on Account report is used to document payments to prepaid accounts.

  1. Name - enter a report name
    Default: Payment On Account

  2. Output - select output format (Html or Pdf (default))

  3. Template - select a report template

  4. Reset - click to reset to default options

  5. Entity Type - filter by entity type (Blank (all), Building, Staff, Student (default))

  6. Persons - filter by specific staff members, students, or buildings

  7. Payment Item - filter by payment item(s)

  8. Date - filter by transaction date range

  9. Posting Date - filter by the date range the payment posted to the bank

  10. Schools - filter by enrolled school

  11. Grade Levels - filter by enrolled grade level

  12. Group By - select page break criteria (Entity Type, Payment Type, School), Bank Settlement Batch Identifier, Posting Date)

  13. Paper Format - choose a paper format (CR80, Legal, Letter (default))

  14. Orientation - choose orientation (Landscape, Portrait (default))

  15. Include Header - check to include report header

  16. Include Footer - check to include report footer

  17. Include Filter - check to include selected filters

  18. Save as Template - click to save the selected filters and columns as a template

    1. Name - enter a template name

    2. Public - check to make the template available to other users

    3. Security Roles - select the security roles that can access a Public template

    4. Cancel - click to return to the previous screen without saving the template

    5. Save - click to save the template

  19. Reset - click to reset to defaults

  20. Request Report - click to request report
    Note: Report will appear in the bell icon when complete

  1. Header - District Logo, Report Name, District Name

  2. Transaction Information - Transaction Date, Transaction Number, Entity Type, Identifier, Name, School, Payment Type, Payment Amount, Payment Frequency (not pictured), PrePay, Charges, Posting Date (online payments only), and Bank Settlement Batch Identifier (online payments only, not pictured). Notice the grand total and the legend.

  3. Filters - notice the name(s) and value(s) of selected filters

  4. Footer - Date and Time report was requested, Page x of y, TITAN logo
