The Verification Tracking Report is used to document selected applications and progress through the verification process.

Header - District Logo, Report Title, Academic Year, Replaced Applications Count, District Name

Notice the Application Number, Household Name/Size, Income, Error Prone status, Verification Status, Original Eligibility, Letter Date and time of Notification/Warning/Completed letters, Student(s), Final Eligibility, Final Application Number, and Application Selected/Removed date/time.
