Building Management Contacts Tab

Configuration > Buildings > Building Management > Contacts

This page is used to document building contact information. Contacts can be used to populate tagged information on Letters. Addresses are used in the Ordering Guide, Orders, and Vendor Management Account Numbers.

  1. Contact Type - click to sort by contact type (Cafeteria Manager, Principal)

  2. Name - click to sort by name

  3. Address - click to sort by address

  4. Pencil - click to edit existing contact information. See step 6 for details.

  5. Camera icon - click to upload a picture of or capture a signature

  6. (+) New Contact - click to add a new contact

    1. Type - select contact type (Cafeteria Manager, Principal)

    2. Name - enter contact's full name

    3. Title - enter contact's title

    4. Phone - enter contact's phone number

    5. Email - enter contact's email address

    6. Address - enter contact's street address

    7. County - select contact's country

    8. City - enter contact's city

    9. State/Province - select contact's state/province

    10. Zip - enter contact's zip code

    11. Cancel - click to return to the previous screen without saving changes

    12. Save - click to save changes

  7. Addresses - notice addresses

  8. Pencil - click to edit an existing address

    1. Type - select address type

    2. Address - enter street address

    3. County - select country

    4. City - enter city

    5. State/Province - select state/province

    6. Zip - enter zip code

    7. Delete - click to remove address

    8. Cancel - click to return to the previous screen without saving changes

    9. Save - click to save changes

  9. (+) New Address - click to add a new address
