Staff General Tab

Staff > Staff Management > General

A screenshot of the staff managment general tab as described on this page.

  1. First Name (required) - enter the first name

  2. Middle Name - enter the middle name

  3. Last Name (required) - enter the last name

  4. Suffix - enter the suffix

  5. Identifier (required) - change the identifier if needed
    Note: The identifier must match the staff import identifier to prevent a duplicate record

  6. State Identifier - enter the state identifier

  7. Staff Tags - select staff tags

  8. SSN - enter the social security number

  9. Date of Birth - select the date of birth

  10. Gender - select the gender (male, female, non-binary)

  11. Home Address and Mailing Address - enter the street Address, Country, City, State, and Zip of the Home address. Select Mailing Address same as Home Address if appropriate, otherwise, enter the street Address, Country, City, State, and Zip of the Mailing address.

  12. Cell Phone - enter the staff cell phone number

  13. Home Phone - enter the staff home phone number

  14. Email (required) - enter the staff email address

  15. Do Not Call - check to prevent SMS or Voice messages from being sent to this person

  16. Do Not Email - check to prevent email notifications from being sent to this person

  17. Ethnicity - select an ethnicity

  18. Race - select race(s)

  19. Allergies - select allergies

  20. Dietary Restrictions - select dietary restrictions

  21. Religious Restrictions - select religious restrictions

  22. Active - toggle active status
    Note: Inactivating a staff member also inactivates their user rights.

  23. Close - click to return to the previous screen without saving changes

  24. Save - click to save changes
