Application Data Report

Reports > Eligibility > Application Data

The Application Data Report presents detailed information on meal applications.

  1. Name - enter a report name
    Default: Application Data

  2. Output - select output format
    Csv, Excel, Html, Json, or Pdf (default)

  3. Template - select a report template
    Note: As of February 14, 2022, newly created districts will have the Benefit Issuance Document template available by default.

  4. Reset - click to reset to default options

  1. Student - filter by specific students

  2. Academic Year - filter by academic year

  3. Gender - filter by gender (Male, Female, Non-Binary)

  4. Races - filter by races

  5. Student Tags - filter by student tags

  6. Ethnicities - filter by ethnicities

  7. Allergies - filter by allergies

  8. Include Inactive - check to include inactivated students

  1. Schools - filter by enrollment school

  2. Enrolled On - filter by enrollment date
    Default: Today

  3. Enrollment Start Date Range - filter by enrollment start date range

  4. Grade Levels - filter by enrollment grade level

  5. Home Rooms - filter by enrollment home rooms

  6. Enrollment End Date Range - filter by enrollment end date range

  1. Application Source - filter by Application Source

  2. Application Processed Date Range - filter by date of processing

  3. Eligibility Start Date Range - filter by eligibility start date range

  4. Application Question - filter by Meal Application Question

  5. Has Application in Verification For School Year - filter for students selected for verification for the selected year

  6. Eligibility Statuses - filter by application Eligibility Status

  7. Eligible On - filter by eligibility date

  8. Eligibility End Date Range - filter by eligibility end date range

  9. Eligibility Determination Reason - filter by eligibility determination reason

  10. Eligibility Benefit Type - filter by eligibility benefit type

  11. Has Eligibility Change - check to narrow results to students with a change in eligibility

  12. Error Prone - check to filter for students with an error prone application
    Error Prone = income-based application that is within $100/month of the income threshold

  13. Verify for Just Cause - check to narrow results to students on an application marked as Verify for Just Cause

  1. Search - search for available columns
    Note: Columns are defined below

  2. (+) - click or drag and drop to move available sort columns to the Selected Columns field

  3. Drag and Drop to rearrange Selected Columns or click the Trash Can to remove a column from the selected columns field

  4. Group By - choose one of the available column types to insert pages breaks at changes in value of the selected field

  5. Include Total Row - check to include a total row at the bottom of the report

  1. (+) - click or drag and drop to move available sort columns to the Sort By field
    Note: Columns selected in step 33 are available for sorting.

  2. Drag and Drop to arrange Sort By columns in order of sort priority or click the Trash Can to remove a field

  1. Paper Format - choose a paper format
    CR80
    Legal
    Letter (default)

  2. Orientation - choose orientation
    Landscape
    Portrait (default)

  3. Include Header - check to display report header on PDF or header row on CSV

  4. Include Footer - check to display report footer on PDF

  5. Include Filter - check to display selected filters on PDF

  6. Save as Template - click to save the selected filters and columns as a template

    1. Name - enter a template name

    2. Public - check to make the template available to other users

    3. Security Roles - select the security roles that can access a Public template

    4. Cancel - click to return to the previous screen without saving the template

    5. Save - click to save the template

  7. Reset - click to reset to defaults

  8. Request Report - click to request report
    Note: Report will appear in the bell icon when complete
